In our first meeting we will discuss your biggest challenges with your diet and what your goals are and I will assess your current dietary habits 

I will then develop a personalised nutrition plan for you based on your goals and lifestyle 


After 4 weeks we will catch up again and if required adjust your plan based on your progress 

Your 90 day nutrition & wellness journal has been created to assist you in taking steps towards your long-term diet and nutrition goals and to set you on the path to good health. In order to feel good about ourselves we have to focus both on the mind and on the physical body and by feeding ourselves with healthy thoughts and healthy foods, we begin the change on the inside which will eventually show on the outside.
